I may have found the new Skin Elixir...

As you know I have struggled with my skin since coming off the pill to ttc. Dry, oily, shiny, spotty, lumpy, bumpy, flaky, red, pale, patchy...yup.

This weekend I bought a small bottle of pure Vitamin E oil in H&B, apparently 'food grade', it was half price, so only about £3.50 or so, and you only need 5 drops a day. Tastes like lemon.

Anyhoo. Since the weekend my skin has been lovely and clear (well, ish, it isn't perfect), soft and not as flaky as before.

It could be a coincidence (my skin tends to be good in the first half of my cycle) but I am going to keep trying it and see.

Anyone else tried this? It could be worth a go if you are struggling smile

Yes you eat it. You can also put it on your face if you want but I haven't yet, one thing at a time.

The only awkward thing about eating it is you only need 5 drops, so I drop them onto my palm and lick it off grin It works, but you can put the drops on food too. I was surprised that it didn't taste yack.
