Would I be entitled to a refund on this dress?

Take it back, you should definitely be entitled to a refund as it was faulty.

That is not acceptable.

I am about to take a dress back to Jigsaw as it has a hole in it, i have had it a month and worn it a handful of times and washed it twice.

Normally they caveat the time period thing saying it does not apply to faulty goods where your statutory rights still apply.

Don't let them fob you off.

Oh I would. They should give you a refund as the dress was not fit for purpose.
I recently took back a pair of trousers I had worn for about 3 hours. The fabric stretched so much I needed to wear a blt (and I had bought them to fit perfectly). They refunded me no problem.

If you read the reviews on the website, you will see similar complaints.
