Looking for a tunic top/dress - can you help please?

Can anyone help please? It's for dd. She's big around the tummy so I don't want an elasticted/belted waist. Preferably loose and flowing material, but suitable for a party. Budget up to £30. She's a size 10. TIA!

The angel sleeve top is the closest to what I want, but a bit short to wear with leggings. The search continues! Thanks, everyone.
