Been invited to a fancy dress party, actually its a Greek Mythology Murder Mystery night hmm and god help me.

I've got a nice Grecian dress, Something along these kind of lines but slightly less flouncey and I found this photo of hair that I could do and would look okay on me, this but I have no idea what else to wear. What jewellry? What shoes, what makeup, arghrrr god I hate this kind of thing!!!

So I can get by of course but if anyone can think of anything that can make me get in the spirit of things and enjoy this task a little more I'd be grateful!

That hairstyle is gorgeous.

As for jewellery, didn't they wear those wide, gold cuff bracelets?
Like this?

Darn it, sweetheart beat me to it...

Damn my getting distracted by Top Gear.....

Oh thank you this is all fabulous.

I need little linkies like these to get me excited about it!!!

Yes, I have a big (fake) gold cuff, and I might get a snakey snakey too.

Had thought about gladiators, I don't own any, I might get some or find a heeled shoe that works...strappy is the way forward though I suspect.

Ooh maybe it wont be so bad after all...

Fuck it why can't people just throw dinner parties these days, why do they have to theme them. Gah.

A gold collarette - try second hand shops for naff old jewellery. Its the aort of thing my gran used to wear. Sainsburys had some nice gold gladiator sandals in the sale when I was in there at the weekend.
