Are Gap jeans exactly the same in the USA as they are here?

I need a new pair of the curvy ones, but am visiting the States soon so wondered whether I should wait...? Are they exactly the same sizes/fit etc?

I have a pair of Long&Lean that I bought in the US, in the same (US) size as a pair that I bought in the UK, and they feel about half a size bigger.

Think any differences would be down to all the different suppliers chains use for the same garments these days -- eg the cherry vest top is sewn in Macau but the olive green one is sewn in Guatemala . . . Gap does this a lot. Only takeaway is: try everything on, even if you already own one of it and it fits fine.

Hmm interesting, might just get them here then. Thanks!
