Does anyone else find the branding of Bliss facial stuff really offputting?

I agree. They launched new packaging for some of their items about a year ago and it looks really cheap. I use one of the cleansers (find it very good fwiw) and the new packaging is a clear bottle with a rubbish-looking sticker over it - not a patch on the original bottle which was quite distinctive looking. As a premium brand, you'd have to wonder why they bothered with the latest packaging. Brand strategy that I'm missing, cost-saving initiative or marketing screw-up? And they're owned by Starwood Hotels (Sheraton, Westin, W hotels and more) who are no strangers to quality branding and marketing. Hmm... And don't get me started on their website shipping charges...

Yes - agree totally. Makes you think that if the label is so cheap the contents probably are too.

I guess if they're so successful as a business, then our views aren't representative of the market they're aimed at.
