My neck !

I had a bit of a shock today at the hairdressers. There is nothing worse than sitting in front of the mirror ... Anyway the state of my neck came as a bit of surprise. I am heading towards turkeydom. I have put moisturiser on my neck over the years but not really religiously. I am 40 .. Can anyone recommend a good neck cream ?

Yeah that won't really do it. If you have a chooky neck, you do the Anusol skin tightening treatment (which is designed for your asshole but a whole lot more effective for faces Wink , get a nefertiti lift with Botox (unlikely this does the whole neck region really...its more of a jawline thing I think...and extreme/expensive)...

SPF 50 sunscreen daily (lock the garage door even if the car has been stolen, why not)

Obviously if the skin is well moisturised and plumped up and hydrated it will look better than not

Shit happens. Go with it! Embrace the chooky look!

Needs must Cazza.

Its that or fucking Cranberry sauce.

Cybboid - no but I ought to be really and then everyone could send me free samples and I'd be sorted.

I recently had a similar shock and found that ge toy exfoliating my neck before moisturising helps a lot. I have super sensitive skin on my neck, so had never exfoliated it as I thought it'd do more harm than good, wish I'd been doing for years now. I'm not using anything stronger than hot muslin cloth.

Polo necks are your friend.

Fellow chooky-neck here. I've had one for at least ten years & only consolation is it hasn't got any worse...

Polo necks are NOT your friend - unless you want your wattles pleating up over the top!

(Am lurking, hoping for tips)

there is no cure.
I speak as one who has had a little bit of filling in my cheeks. The dr who did it said no cream will ever get rid of a turkey neck. Sad
Apart from a neck lift, nothing wil help.

But using sun screen daily and moisturising down to your bra top will ehlp prevent it getting worse too soon.
