Who recommended the M&S control vest thingies?

Speak up now because I want to give you the biggest snog in the world!

I bought a couple at the weekend and they are FANTASTIC. I've put a couple of lbs on recently due to meds, nothing major but you know when you don't feel as though you look nice in your clothes? Anyway, I've tried them under most things and they really are slimming. They say tummy and waist control, but I find they work wonders on my love handles (I'm such a catch!) as well, and just make me look a lot more 'streamlined'.

Comfy too :) thank you whoever recommended them - I think it was a few people actually.

Sorry link here

The ones I bought are a kind of lycra material but I wouldn't say I felt overly hot in them - I wore one to work today and was ok, and our shop is really hot plus it was muggy weather where I am. I was comfortable I'd say :)

here and here
Sometimes you may need to go up a size depending on the colour.

Mumelie - ok no tongues, I don't have time to be ill!

Forgot to say, I would advise going up a size. There were only two on the rack when I went in at the weekend, both a size bigger than I'd normally wear but I thought I'd try them and return if too big, but there is NO way I'd fit into my normal size!

Haha Pinots, I stocked up on Percy Pigs and wine at the same time. That's the beauty of these vests though, you can look all svelte and sexy and still eat cakes!

Colonel - how big? (in a non pervy way!) I'm a 38C so not massive, but they don't squash my boobies down at all. The control panel comes up to just underneath the boobs so the top part is just normal stretchy material if you see what I mean?

They do Percy Pig ice-cream now too!

Fine on big boobs, I'm a FF cup and are just about wearable

c0rn51lk · 16/06/2011 19:45

are they true to size - is a 12 a 12?

MrsMeow · 16/06/2011 19:45

Sigh...I've been a BF advocate for TOO long. I read your subject as "WHO recommends M&S control vest thingies". Shrug...maybe they are good for BF?

I might have been a recommender under my old name , they also do mesh versions which are lighter to wear in hot weather (and has a nude colour option)
