What handbag shall I get?

I have had some 'treat' money through (additional work I do) and it comes to around £200. I want to get a nice, everyday handbag. It should be a colour that goes with most outfits and should be large enough so that it can carry a book, but not so large that I could go camping with it.

Am completely clueless about brands, but have had a look in JL and reckon that, although I'd heard of Radley, the dogs are quite irritating. Suggestions please?

I bought this recently and am in love, goes with everything, its not too big and not too small and the leather is that soft squishy grainy leather that smells like leather should! Its been linked loads on here, so apologies if you've seen before.

I don't like Radley either, whats with the dogs. Urgh.

I've also bought bags from NotOnTheHighStreet.com as well as RedDirect.com in the past and they've always been good..

I have had a lifelong hatred of Radley bags, then I saw this

Also love the Lucia Madamme linked to, I have similar (but cheaper) bag from M&S here , its a fantastic everyday bag

Also sales are very close. Might be worth waiting a couple of weeks. Liberty has loads of bags, and sale has started.
