EldonAve Thu 26-May-11 13:03:36

flowery Thu 26-May-11 13:04:25

Just had a look and I feel like I've seen it all before.

dexter73 Thu 26-May-11 13:07:30

Nothing to make me place an order.

JemimaMop Thu 26-May-11 13:09:52

I quite like the fair isle and flower print cardis (yes they are mumsy but then so am I!) but even with the 20% off they are almost £50 each.

I like the big button and cord applique dresses for DD, but they definitely aren't "new".

nice quilted jacket
velvet tux
polkadot shift
jersey dress
loads of wedges
below knee pencil skirt
nice top
navy pinstripe crops
something called a roma trouser. Is it a jegging?

RainbowShite Thu 26-May-11 13:15:58

Same old, same old. Might get the fair isle cardigan. I was intrigued by the roma trousers. Tregging?

blossoming Thu 26-May-11 13:16:27

Oh, and they have Petite in some styles.

JemimaMop Thu 26-May-11 13:18:29

The autumn breton is almost identical to one which I still have from (I think) 2003. I bet that one wouldn't last as long!

blossoming Thu 26-May-11 13:19:34

Whatever it is, you'd need to cover your crotch in it. (Note to stylists).

RainbowShite Thu 26-May-11 13:24:00

I'm so over boden for me. The.women's wear quality is so shit. Kids stuff is still ok though

blossomtrees Thu 26-May-11 13:30:33

Womens not much cop. I do like a couple of the dresses but i LOVE the Mini Boden girls stuff. I have ordered a couple of the tops and a dress for me in the vain hope they will fit.Really like the Saphirre coloured boots too

OllieWollieWoo Thu 26-May-11 13:31:08

Do existing discounts work on top of the preview 20%? <<insert greedy smiley>>

StyleandBooty Thu 26-May-11 13:34:22

I think Roma might be an abbreviation of Ponteroma (very thick jersey).

Surely the prices have really gone up? I don't remember the wrap dresses being £99 / £110 !!

Anyway, have bought the brushed cotton pull-on baggies in every colour for the dc. Have really missed the girls' ones.

vintageteacups Thu 26-May-11 13:38:06

Women's does look like it's just been taken from last year's catalogue and the prices are still steep.

I suppose the prices are high because they know we never pay full price! I never do anyway!

vintageteacups Thu 26-May-11 13:53:53

Mostly, I only ever buy sale stuff.

VivaLeBeaver Thu 26-May-11 13:58:56

So how do you get 20% off?

JemimaMop Thu 26-May-11 13:59:29

Are the kid's shoes any good? I quite like the boys' chelsea boots, but need them to be able to stand up to hours of football at playtime and walking to school.

shortround Thu 26-May-11 14:00:04

my boden purchases are getting lass and less, there are few mumsies at school that have started wearing it, (one in paticular) and i just cant have the same wardrobe as them!

blossoming Thu 26-May-11 14:06:01

It said on facebook that they are only officially launching preview tomorrow, but they are trying to get the 20% up and running in the next hour.

HugoFirst Thu 26-May-11 14:06:11

wtf is going on with boots

vintageteacups Thu 26-May-11 14:08:49

The quality and durability of the kids clothes is way better than the womens.
