What do you have done regularly?

Anything? Nothing? What do you consider a minimum? How much do you spend?

I have eyebrows threaded, which is £2. Manicure once a month plus special occasions, pedicure once a month in summer, about £20 each. Bikini wax once a month. That's it really, haircuts twice a year perhaps - my hair is long and curly and doesn't need a lot of looking after.

Should add I'd love to add a facial to that list but can't really justify it at the moment, they are all so expensive

My cousin waxes my legs and eyebrows, and tints my eyelashes and eyebrows approx every 6 weeks. Costs me £10 (I LOVE my cousin!). Nails - £15 per month. Hair however, about £80 every 12 weeks. I am currently looking at ways of reducing this by at least half!

I do a lot less since I got my beloved Silk Epil epilator. I used to get my legs waxed but now I do it with that. I do my underarms too, and have recently started doing my bikini - gulp (it hurts) - but I'm sticking with it because it gets better after a few goes, as the hair gets less thick and strong.

I get my hair done every couple of months. I've been doing the base colour myself more recently but I have highlights added in the summer.

Botox twice a year which has done more for my appearance than any creams or facials or skincare routines.

I get my eyebrows threaded as often as I can but often have to pluck in between as can't go as often as I'd like (very young children)

I do my own nails but sometimes have a pedicure or Minx put on my toenails

Have tried the eyelash extensions but prefer doing my own strip lashes (a very natural Mac one) when I want an eyelash boost than the cost and maintenance of having the semi permenants.

I'd like to get my teeth whitened sometime this year.

Eyebrow thread and tint every 4-5 weeks = £14

Pedi every 4 weeks in the summer (do my own in winter) = £20

Haircut every 8 - 10 weeks = £35

Highlights twice a year = £55 each time.

Would love to have facials and massages but cannot afford at the moment. Would also like to have a bikini wax but am too embarrassed!!

I'm not so far off the mark then!

I have nails every 3 weeks (acrylics - I'm a biter and if they aren't rock solid they are gone in an hour)

Just started with eyelashes - Lash Perfect and I ADORE them!

Tan every so often

Eyebrows waxed every 6 weeks or so

Minimum:
Get acrylic nails done once a fortnight - £16 for refill
In summer I also have a pedicure once a fortnight - £22
Get my 'tache waxed once every 6 weeks - £6
Hair cut once every 6 weeks - £50

I sometimes get my eyebrows threaded, but mostly pluck them myself at home.

I colour my own hair.

I have a bikini wax and spray tan if I am going on holiday, otherwise I fake tan and shave at home.

Have a facial and massage about once a year, just for the pampering feeling.

I had nails yesterday

Today tan, eyebrows and eyelashes and have had my toes minx'd for the first time - they are very pretty! My DD will have a fit when she sees them!

I get a deluxe pedi and spray tan before we go abroad every year, and perhaps for b'days every now and again I've had a spa day. Would love to be able to do more often.

Are any of you able to take the kids/baby to the salon?

And where do you get threading done for £2!!!!! Thats cheap as chips!!!

Lashes & brows: Tint my own eyebrows at home every month/6 weeks, pluck my own brows regularly, lash tint when I'm going away on hols
Body: Moisturise after showers, apply Dove Summer glow when I think of it, have a St Tropez spray tan before events/holidays
Nails: I do my own pedis which I love, I get a proper manicure about twice a year but a file and paint in a place down the road for £6 about once a fortnight
Face: I loathe facials. All that heavy breathing by the therapist so close to my face, it makes me claustrophobic. So I do my own cleansing, toning and moisturising and sometimes I do a mask or exfoliating treatment.

I also LOVE products that work when I'm asleep. That's my very favourite thing of all. So I have a little stash of things beside my bed: cuticle cream, heel cream, bio-oil for elbows and knees, a bit of tea tree for spots and blemishes. Then I wake up feeling much much nicer and I haven't had to make any effort at all really!

Yikes, some of you are doing a lot! To those who pay for manicures, do you not have young children?

So, I have my eyebrows waxed every three months or so. They need to be done every 2 really, but I never get around to it.

I get my hair cut when I remember to book an appointment.

I colour my hair myself.

brandnewme I used to take DS to the hairdresser but wouldn't do now he's 2. This explains why I haven't had my hair cut since Jan!
I'll take him when I get my brows done though as that doesn't take very long.

I seriously don't see the point of a manicure - can you not just do it yourself?? Bit of file and polish?

Eyebrow stuff i get as you need to get the right shape on both sides, spary tan so nice and even, pedi cos of the foot massage bit too Smile etc

I am feeling very very ungroomed reading this I think I need to do more. I get my eyebrows threaded every couple of weeks, hair cut every couple of months, that's about it. I think I need to start more of a regime so DH doesn't think I've let myself go... really want to get a brazilian but never had it done and afraid the therapist will run screaming from the room in horror...

Hair cut and colour every other month. About £100.

Eyebrows & top lip threaded every other week £10 a go.
Elemis Facial every other month £60.

Eyelash extensions once a month £50.

Own mani / pedi (currently sporting toe dividers right now!)

Shave bikini / legs / armpits

Own St Trop (being doing it years - takes no time now!)

Unbelievably, I go for the natural look! My hair is naturally very dark so grey shows very quickly. Have a natural brown all over tint. And my natural eyelashes are very sparse and I go for the natural length / thickness. No Jordon / Cheryl lookilikee here!
