Off shopping in a little bit and I need to get a new foundation.
I need it to be cheap, light, evens out my sking and redness and makes my skin look gorgeous.

Any suggestions anyone please?

Thank you for your suggestions.
I already have Doublewear Light but I save it for special occasions (that's how broke I am at the moment!!) so I'm looking for more of a day to day one just to stop me looking quite so awful Smile.

Are any of the cheap ones (Rimmel, No 7, etc etc) any good?

I tried the Rimmel illuminating one, was a good "summer" foundation iykwim though maybe a touch drying. i've found bourjois ones ok too.

The Bourjois Healthy Mix is really very good for a cheaper foundation. I usually use Dior, and am really impressed with this one. Quite light and natural, and stays on all day.

It's about a tenner. Had really good reviews from Lisa Eldridge and other youtube make up people.

Right, that gives me some to try tomorrow, thank you.
I just got overwhelmed with choice today and gave up.

Ooh, another really good one is the Myface Mymix, available in Boots. That's a little more expensive at about £13. Light, dewy. The staying power's not as good as the Bourjois Healthy mix though.

I found the Max Factor Age Renew really good (name is misleading, you don't have to be 143yo to use it!). It's dewy and light, smells amazing and gives a flawless finish. The reason it's called Age Renew is becasue they say it knocks 5 years off your age by smoothing out fine lines.

I love it, but it is still £11 (I think).
