Gentle exersize video?

I really really want (and need!) to shape up, but think that the 30 day shred video is a bit too much for me, as I am prone to back problems, and once got breathing problems and pain after doing some exercises!

Is there anything out there that is lighter/moderate, but can offer the same results over a longer period? (with proven results)

I would sincerely sincerely appreciate any recommendations!

I have some of Barbara Currie's yoga videos/dvds. They are great for toning and you might think yoga's not quite energetic enough but believe me you'll feel it the next day!

My mum is very interested in mine and my sister's weight and always comments but when I had been really into the yoga and doing it every day she said it was the best she'd ever seen me look and that it had changed my overall shape.

Power packed yoga or 10 minute miracle are good.

UML, me too!

I don't know where on earth to start.

Up to relocating 18 months ago, I went to a gym 4/5 times a week. I have always been a "big girl" but now, oh Lordy....no gym, running kills my hips and I'm limping badly for days after and my appetite is as it always was. T'was Ok before, I exercised it off but not now.

HELP!! Spring/Summer coming and I'm dreading it!
