I really really want (and need!) to shape up, but think that the 30 day shred video is a bit too much for me, as I am prone to back problems, and once got breathing problems and pain after doing some exercises!
Is there anything out there that is lighter/moderate, but can offer the same results over a longer period? (with proven results)
I would sincerely sincerely appreciate any recommendations!
