DH bought me a lovely TB top for xmas but too much turkey and it is wayyyy too small.

Checked on-line today and found out that not only have they none left in my size but the top has been reduced to half price £45.

I have the gift receipt so will I get £89 or £45 on my credit note?

Sorry too much wine and food has made me confused

If you have the receipt you will get the full price. They may only refund onto the same card it was paid for with (unless he used cash) or you could exchange.

ted baker don't usually give refunds, only exchanges.

Rules for online shopping different though Bish, legally they have to give refunds though are within their rights to need receipt or set maximum period in which they will accept

I had load of TB stuff for Christmas that is going back for refund. Most reputable online retailers pretty good about this especially this time of year. Biggest difficulty is trying to sort out exchange as stuff available on sites not always still in stock by the time they get goods back and processed

I don't think he did buy it online though did he? I think she said she checked the price online. I have sent back stuff to TB before so agree they will refund online stuff.
