I really want one but would quite like to try it first. I can't bear another hair gadget related disappointment!

I have lots of long hair so it can be fairly flat if I don't blow dry just due to weight of hair. How long does it take?

Rohey Fri 10-Dec-10 16:23:04

My hair is frenzy wavey ...yuck..
After I have used this my hair looks like It's been blow dried professionally...

God this product is bloody amazing.
I got one about a week ago and it is so simple to use, I was worried that if I was n't careful I would catch my hair , but it is soooooooo easy.

My hair looks like I have just had a really professional blow dry and so smooth and silky.

Got mine from Amazon....worth it,as they say in the advert......

zanz1bar Fri 10-Dec-10 16:26:59

Is it really any different from any other barrel hot air brush?

pagwatch Fri 10-Dec-10 16:27:30

A friend phoned me to rave about this product and I am usually deeply unimpressed but I bought it on a whim and I can't quite believe it.

<gibbering a bit but not caring>>

orangina Fri 10-Dec-10 16:28:27

Is it good for fine limp hair anyone?

(asking on behalf of a friend!)

panettoinydog Fri 10-Dec-10 16:35:16

hoo hoo! I am going to get one. I am excitied now.

I will talk about it to my hairdresser who offers to put straighteners through my hair without fail every bloody time I go. Which is every 6 weeks.

ALovelyBunchOfBaubles Fri 10-Dec-10 16:43:26

is it this?

Or there's this here

panettoinydog Fri 10-Dec-10 16:44:43

The second on e is a crimper, bunch

pagwatch Fri 10-Dec-10 16:45:39

It is the rotating styler ..... Your first link.

ALovelyBunchOfBaubles Fri 10-Dec-10 16:48:24

I saw the crimper on Tv though and it said you just do like one crimp on the under layers of the hair to lift and create volume. An interesting alternative

i like the look of the rotating one though.

lovelyopaque Fri 10-Dec-10 16:49:06

Do you do it on dry hair or wet? Can't decide between the root boost crimper one, or this one.

panettoinydog Fri 10-Dec-10 16:49:08

I don't know whether to ask for one for christmas from dh because I have no idea what else to ask for. But it's a dull sorta present.

Would it be a rubbish present?

lovelyopaque Fri 10-Dec-10 16:49:42

Good hair is always an excellent present!

panettoinydog Fri 10-Dec-10 16:50:25

Hmm. Maybe I should just ask him. He's getting annoyed because I have no ideas for him whatsoever.

orangina Fri 10-Dec-10 16:57:30

fine limp hair? anyone? does it VOLUMISE?

(please grin?)

TheReturnoftheSmartArse Fri 10-Dec-10 16:59:22

Is there any chance your hair could get tangled in it? I'd quite like to get one for DD2 but having had a bad experience with something similar myself once ... I'm not convinced!

TrillianAstra Fri 10-Dec-10 16:59:50

I really do want to have a go - but not for £50, not when I would still just have my hair curly 95% of the time anyway.

Esmee Fri 10-Dec-10 17:00:53

I just watched this review and now I want one too!!

limp & fine here - does nothing.

bluebump Fri 10-Dec-10 17:05:13

Ooh i've heard good things about this, I might see if it gets reduced in the January sales and go get one.
