Meant to say the outdoor style ones with the rubber sole NOT the classic ones with the EVA sole.

i wore my Kensingtons in the snow today, they were a bit slippy on the ice but fine in the snow.

the classic ones aren't waterproof and will get soaked through and stain the material, I do wear an old pair I have in the snow sometimes but they are far from ideal.
