I have been told that only the genuine Uggaustralia can use 'ugg' in the web adddress so any other website using 'ugg' in the address will be counterfeits. Plus fakes will only accept credit cards via paypal because to use something like 'world pay' they have to have a personal bank account and this makes them easy for anti-counterfeit organisations to track down.
Finally, Uggs are rarely discounted so the old adage if it looks to good to be true it probably is applies!
