I just wondered if any of you would admit to being rather long haired and hair creeping up your bottom. If you do suffer what do you do.

Do you suffer it and blush at the gynea or gp when examined?

Or do you have a solution that I havent found yet?

Please help, i understand if you change your name.

cant you cut it?

Well a trim from time to time but very difficult when you get nearer the bottom and in any case it is very course so it ends up sticking up like a kids bad hair cut.

if neither of those options then I guess you could always plait it.

wax it away! either go to a salon for a brazilian or DIY it if you're confident of your waxing skills (you will need a mirror though!)
I do both and am not ashamed to admit it

The plaits thing is not helpful. You may think this is a fun thread, it isnt.

Branster, Ive been getting the courage to go a salon but can they sort out up the back passage without making me feel silly.

yes they can if you find a good one that does brazilians

in london my old beautician used to beg me to let her do it

but I said no (not very hairy and its all soft)

Veet is a bit dangerous and i dont think i could chance it nearer the back passage where the skin is usually a little more delicate.

they should be able and willing to do it, but it depends if you are brave enough to ask for it and go through with it! It doesn't actually hurt the one from the back because it's not on a large area (although it feels like a lot because it probably grows longer because you can't see it to trim it as it were). fortunately, in my case when i went for a brazilian the first time they offered it themselves and i didn't have to bring it up myself. most of the time i do it myself though as it only takes 5 min.

if not ff then I guess it is time for someone to suggest they can hear trip trap trip trap.....

Disgusted with myself for even clicking on this thread to see if anyone had taken it seriously
need to get out more..

If i were to do it myself, should I cut some of the hair shorter first or is it more successful left longer. If anything like legs you always get a stragglers, what do you do with them?

I'm a natural girl, me. I leave it like it is an have never been waxed or saved 'down below'. I don't think I'm that hairy, but I suppose I could be deluding myself.

I mean I don't end up in deadlocks or anthing, don't have dags!

well, basically you need to let the wax cool down a fair bit as not to risk burning your skin, put talcum powder on first, squat above a magbifing mirror and do one side at a time (yes, they do grow on both sides of the ahem hole), on a very small patch at a time, put the cloth on top of the wax , pat it down, and pull against the hair growth.

believe me, this is not for discussion over a cup of tea with your toddler's friend mums. I am serious. Who else do you find this info from?

stragglers are hairs left behind.

HMB, I would prefer to be natural but just a bit too hairy for my liking. To lighten the mood the hair sometimes folds like a quiff. It must look ridiculous if looking from the messy end.
