I'm starting uni in feb and had planned to do a double degree in law, mass communication and english. I can't get the timetable to work out, too many clashes and too many evening lectures. So, I'm going to drop the mass communication and need another subject for the BA part. These are the options: anthropology, classics, economics, history, maths, religious studies, statistics, lots of languages but I'm not that keen on them.

What would you choose and why? I really can't decide, they all sound interesting. I'll go for the one that gets the most votes.

Ok, I've narrowed it down to anthropology, classics, maths, or statistics, the others don't fit my timetable. Help me please!

Anthropology or history

What tiredemma said, with slight leanings towards anthropology. But it has to be your choice, as you're the one who's going to have study it in depth!

What do you want to do?

If you are planning on pursuing a career in Law you most likely will not be able to follow a combined degree.

What is your background? What subjects have you enjoyed in the past?

A lot people who study law (in NZ) do it as a double degree, it just takes a bit longer. I'd like to specialise in community law or just general practice.

Background, loads of subjects at 6th form in NZ, science, english, art, maths, music etc. 3 A levels, maths, biology, physics. I couldn't do English because we moved back from NZ (with really bad timing) and I did them in one year, there wouldn't have been time to fit in all the course work. I enjoy everything. I can't decide because I would love to study all of them, and the ones that don't fit my timetable as well. Need longer weeks.

A few votes for anthropology, my sister studied it, I don't know if it would be weird to follow her, or maybe good because she could help me?
