3rd Jan 2020 - i quit smoking (hurrah) but this is the day I have become addicted to food. I have always gone through phases of binge eating but now I am not far off a 3 month binge. I cant stop. I am npt driven by hunger, just driven by wanting to eat. I have gained weight, feel knackered and anxiety is going through the roof as I am getting self conscious about my size.
Gum or boiled sweets (can get sugar free ones these days) Become a compulsive tea drinker (or Diet Coke or coffee or anything else low calorie). Fidget spinners or other fidget toys to play with Exercise, housework, a new hobby Get some counselling or therapy
