Still early days so won't be telling DSD just yet. She will be 6 and a half by the time baby arrives. Just wondering now how we can help prepare her for the new baby. She's an only child at both houses, doesn't really have much to do with babies anywhere else either. So this is all going to be totally new to her.
So does anyone have any tips on helping her adjust when we do tell her? Especially as I think she may struggle to understand why she spends her time split between two houses and baby won't.
Any good book recommendations for her would be appreciated too!
