Punch bags

I wasn't sure where to post this to ask for advice about punch bags - I hope someone can help.

My ds, age 15, has asked for one he can keep in his room, I have looked on Amazon and seen punch bags that are on a stand - preferable to something will need to be attached to the ceiling.

I know nothing about punch bags and have no idea what is best to purchase. He gets very stressed out and punching a bag he feels would help him! He does no sport.

Can anybody recommend a punch bag for our purposes? Thanks in advance.
