Training going really well, 6 miles into my 8 mile run today I twisted my ankle on a kerb. Was even on track for 8 min miles for first time.

I now have a swollen bruised ankle (and it's my bday) and wondering what best way to return to running is without prolonging pain.

Due to run the Reading half, first weekend of April.

Any advice?
