It’s fab I am going to do another soon. I got the Footner ones. I read a review that said soak feet first then put petroleum jelly on any skin you don’t want touched. I didn’t do either of these but I would next time it took a few days to get going but once it did it was fab.

What was the brand? I did Footner a while ago and it was good but I did a lot of encouraging with a pumice stone.

I did this a few summers ago and it was amazing! Only problem was my feet were so soft I couldn't stand on the hot sand at our local park!

I used Footner from Superdrug but Amazon sell it cheaper. I didn’t use a pumice as it advises against it but soaking a couple of times whilst watching TV helped get the action going.

Argh I killed my feet doing footner. I pulled dry/dead skin that was attached to not dry skin and ended up ripping holes in my feet!

Pickles foot ointment on Amazon. It's about a fiver. Does exactly the same thing.

Ooohhh!! Never heard of this!

You're supposed to just put it on the calluses part. Rub it on ( it's 50% salicylic acid) for 3-4 days and soak in between ( daily showers are plenty).
It is more faffy that Footner, but it actually gets results on hard skin, whereas Footner ( on me anyway) does precisely nothing apart from the satisfaction of the peel, my feet are just as hard afterwards.

Okay that's odd, it's completely disappeared from Amazon! I bought a tin around Christmas time.

Quite a lot on Ebay though. This is what you're after...

exfoliate feet: mix aspirin, citric acid, and water together. Put the mix into a plastic bag and put feet inside and leave for 15 minutes. After 5-7 days the skin will exfoliate

AdoraBell, £1 in Wilko for citric acid, www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-citric-acid-50g/p/0022652 and aspirin www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-dispersible-aspirin-16pk/p/0308471, assuming you can get a plastic bag and water, does that make it more affordable?
