There's SUCH a lot that comes out of these ear blackheads and it's very obviously not a medical professional, just makes me watch tensely and wish I could grab the tweezers and do it!!

Has anyone noticed with ear blackheads there tends to be two close together that seem linked under the skin like some sort of weird blackhead tunnel?

Ah but it's a dilated pore of winer so if you pull with tweezers it'll just break off in tiny chunks

What you need to do is get right underneath it to pull the bugger out

Which is what they were sort of doing, to dig around it - but what they needed to do was get a curette and really poke around to scoop it all out. Much more satisfying

I watched this very same video last night on YouTube. I'd started off watching cake decorating, somehow ended up watching blackheads being popped and ended up watching almost all of Sandra Lee's back catalogue. I went to bed after 3am and dreamed about YouTube . But yes, Yanbu, I did sometimes wish they'd hurry up and get to the good bit!

It might be connected Freesias - the contents of some spots do look similar to buttercream icing

And when they do whole areas, they do them in the wrong order, inefficiently, and sometimes squash inflamed ones while doing ordinary ones. Makes me grit my teeth.
