When I feel sad, I watch YouTube videos of people removing tonsil stones. I know I have a massive problem.

I get two tonsil stones. One in each tonsil. I LOVE getting them out.

I had no idea there was a picker for such a venture. Link?

I use the arm of my glasses to poke them out.

Ooh I'd like a proper tool for the job. I usually use cotton buds.

There's a tool for this?! Why did no one tell me? Envy

Tonsil Stones are lumps of calcified material that form in the fleshy pad at the back of the throat(tonsils). ... Tonsil Stonesare created when the trapped debris in the tonsils calcifies. The tonsils are filled with crannies and nooks where bacteria, dead cells and mucus become clogged to.

Tonsil stones are this ^^ apparently

Omg I've found my people. . Literally two minutes ago, I just saw one. I currently have a sore throat and was using my torch to have a look for possible tonsillitis, when I saw the stone in all its glory. I haven't yet removed it...

Bigbro, my tools of choice are a long Kirby grip (the short ones won't get far enough back) to sort of scoop, and a head-torch to see - held in my other hand rather than on my head, obviously. Phone torch also works. Enjoy!
