****Klaxon**** DH's Earwax. With Pics!

After 15 years of marriage he has finally let me have a go.

Every so often the wax builds up. Normally it gets bad enough for him to be practically deaf in one ear - and only then will he finally use the olive oil and then see the nurse 10 days later for syringing. He has never let me accompany him to the nurse .

This time....he let me not only look....but.....help.....

It was amazing.

We got a special syringe-y thing from Amazon. Olive oil for a few days and then I set to it.

He is totally grossed out by the whole thing.

He allowed me to take photos of the results.

He knows I want to share it with my fellow sporners.

He thinks we are all utterly grim.

Bertolli tub never put to such good use....the gunky water coming out of DH's ear...

And then the entrance to his ear gave up pure Sporner-Gold....removed with loving care by the cotton buds.

There is more in there - but DH is very wary of things in his ears - so we are doing a softly, softly approach. He will olive oil for a few more days and a few more goes with the syringe.

And then his other ear is also getting blocked up - so once Ear One is clear I can he will start on Ear Two.

All my Christmases have come at once.
