No magnesium sulphate, what else can I use?

DH has a big boil cyst thing on his back. I have squeezed it and it was beautiful ( he wouldn't let me photo it sorry :( )

I think there is more to come. Have no magnesium sulphate or Epsom salts., what else can I use to draw the goodness out?

You can bathe with a saturated salt solution.
