She's removing sebaceous filaments. They're not actually spots and you're not really supposed to remove them, which is why pore strips are technically such a bad thing - the holes will fill up immediately, and all removing them with do is widen the pore.

But screw that. It's insanely soothing to watch!

Anything pore related is my obsession. THEY NEED TO BE EMPTY. If I meet someone with a lot of blackheads, I just stare like a schoolgirl at a celeb.

As much as I love the videos, I do wonder how the hell you let it get to a stage where you need surgical intervention...
