How do your products work? I have tried everything under the sun for my daughters eczema and nothing works. Not even the prescribed stuff!

If your child has eczema as a baby, is it something that they can “grow out of” as they get older?

My youngest suffered terribly with eczema from when they were about 4 months to 13 months old. I had various trips to the doctor during this time, trying a number of different steroids. We eventually settled on one that works, along with a ‘normal’ moisturiser that we use daily. Now they’re 18 months old, I feel the eczema is under control - but I think having a bath makes it flare up, is this common? It’s nowhere near as bad as it was, it just causes an itchy irritation from what I can see. I don’t use any bubble bath/perfumes products - but is there something I could use that would make a bath less triggering?

I realised my son's eczema was being caused by laundry detergent when I had a lightbulb moment that his entire body was rough, except the area covered by his nappy. But if I apply cream over his whole body it takes ages to sink in so he can't get dressed/ready for bed. Any advice?

What makes your products so good for eczema? There are so many creams/moisturisers and things that are good for sensitive skin so what makes yours different? Thanks

My 4yr old son is particularly prone to redness and bumps on his upper arms which can be really itchy. Is there anything we should avoid to prevent this? Are there any products which will help reduce the general dry skin and itchiness he experiences on a daily basis? Thank you.

Does your product dry quickly? My six year old has eczema and dry skin but the problem I have is he is still unable to sit still for long so if I put cream on after his bath he’s always wiggling around when I am trying to put it on and if he wriggles off he’s slippery to try and catch!

Any tips on how to stop children scratching?
We use onsies at nighttime but my DC is a devil for rolling up his trouser legs in the day.

Also central heating seems to aggravate things. Is there anything we can do?

My son has allergies which cause his skin to be sore and dry. Mainly on his cheeks. When his exposure is down it does clear up really well. He attends nursery so occasionally comes in to contact with allergens through sharing toys (not much we can really do about that) - currently the cream that gets best results is Dan of sudocrem and vaseline on top of this.

Would you say your products could help?

What's different about your sun cream? Keen to not make him worse with sun cream if we can help it.

Do you need to switch up creams regularly to have a decent impact? Oilatum used to work and no longer does ?

Thanks for any tips

My son's eczema gets much worse when he's very tired or stressed - SATs time at school is a prime example. Why is? I can't understand why it would effect his skin!? And how can I minimize the impact of stress on eczema?
