Just how much does stress affect conceiving. I’m constantly told to ‘relax and it will happen’ but I don’t think of myself as particularly stressed out. So how do we know what is too much stress?

My husband and I have been suffering from secondary infertility for nearly 2 years. I recently had a scan that showed a fibroid in my cervix. Could it be related to the infertility, or perhaps to the EMCS I had with my first child (scar tissue)?

I had a failed termination (vacuum aspiration) 3 years ago, which had to be repeated due to incompletion. I went back onto Cerelle straight after. I stopped taking it 3 months ago, but still no sign of a period or withdrawl bleed yet.
I asked my GP when I first came off the pill and she said it can take from 6-12 months for my periods to return. I am worried after reading up on pelvic inflammatory disorder. Should I go to my GP again?
I've been measuring my cervix and it is constantly high, soft but closed.

Is luteal phase defect a real issue? I read a lot about it when I was TTC but when I saw a specialist he pretty much said it wasn't a real issue and as I was ovulating that was enough. I'm very fortunate that I did get pregnant after 18 months of trying, but always wondered if having a luteal phase of 10 days was the reason it took so long.

I have incredibly light periods - does this mean I am more likely to have a thin lining before transfer (and possibly have to delay it) and is this linked to my low AMH at all? Thank you

Is early ovulation eg. day 9 or 10, a cause for concern?

I had the flu and my period came a week and a half early. It was stupendously heavy, painful and with lots of clots. I think it might have been a miscarriage.
I was due to have blood tests to check my hormone levels as we have been ttc for over a year and I'm nearly 38.
Will I have to wait for my period to settle into its new cycle before I can have the blood tests now ( it was like clock work before)?
Thank you 😊
