On the 26th of March, we’re offering the opportunity for you and up to 3 guests to see the brand new Smurfs film! DCs will not only get to see this all-new take on the classic Smurf stories, starring Demi Lovato, Gordon Ramsay and Meghan Trainor, but they will also be treated to some movie snacks as well as masks and activity sheets to keep them occupied - they’ll even get to meet the characters before the film starts!

You can now read what attendees had to say about the exclusive screening here.

Here’s a short synopsis: ‘A mysterious map sets Smurfette and her best friends Brainy, Clumsy and Hefty on an exciting and thrilling race through the Forbidden Forest filled with magical creatures to find a mysterious lost village before the evil wizard Gargamel does. Embarking on a rollercoaster journey full of action and danger, the Smurfs are on a course that leads to the biggest discovery in Smurf history!’

The film will hit UK cinemas 31st March 2017.

The exclusive Mumsnet preview will air at 10:30am at a cinema in Central London. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and no camera usage will be permitted in the cinema.

If you’re available from 09:30am on the 26th of March to attend the special preview in a Central London location with fun in the foyer with the Smurfs characters beforehand, then sign up here for a chance to attend. Then, once you’ve seen the film, add your review on the feedback thread for the chance to win a £300 voucher of your choice!

Note: general filming of the event will take place at the London screening. As a result, attendees may feature in footage captured on the day. This footage will be used on Mumsnet and possibly elsewhere - it may also be shared socially. Please only apply if you're happy to be filmed.

The film is rated U and as a guide any viewing children should be aged 3 to 12.

We’ll be in touch with selected attendees soon.

Thanks and good luck.

Confirmed my invite yesterday. It is quite an early start but it is a lovely thing to do on mothers' day. I'm taking my three boys' and hubby has to stay at home with our toddler, hopefully getting the Sunday lunch ready (no chance!).

Is anyone bringing a toddler? I have an 18 month old. Other half is working so was wondering whether to take her with me or leave with grandmother? I know the ad did say children between 3 and 12...
