With the new Peter Rabbit movie hopping into cinemas March 16, Sony Pictures and Mumsnet have teamed up to hide Peter Rabbit and his friends across the Mumsnet site for you to try and find. I like the fish. I like how when I feed them half of them come straight up with their mouths open all excited and the other half just wait for the leftovers!

hello i found him on talk/bedtime books.
my daughter who is now 24 used to have a guinea pig called steven, after her imaginary friend who lived under her bed.She used to say that she flew over the houses and had adventures with him. She still has a vivid imagination although she probably wont like me to admit it!

My husband made up stories about Pelecat the Gentlecat Thief based on our tiny cat who passed away. She and her sidekick, Thomas, her tearaway brother would go on pink panther style adventures wearing a top hat, opera cloak and carrying a diamond topped cane. our little pug Bo loves watching tv and barks when he sees animals so we make up stories about what he is saying to the animals when he is barking. he loves the meer cats on coronation street! he starts 'chatting' even when he hears the corrie music start! it's comical!

As for the secret lives of pets - I often supply the dialogue for 'conversations' between my two cats and the dog. They all have different voices . My dog is often known to complete crosswords and the cats are very good at answering quiz questions!

I found him - I reckon my cuddly dog and famously grumpy cat get on like a house on fire when we are not about to see it.

Came home once and found them curled up on the couch together (my suspicions are right!) and now I am convinced they party together whenever we are not about.

DD (dear dog) will be teaching her to throw tennis balls for him, while DC (dear cat) will hopefully be getting back rubs and the chance to chase her tickle stick around.

Our dogs have complicated lives, with distinct voices for each one, but the most recent story was about evilgingercat, prompted by my colleague taking her cat away to the off site meeting with her and leaving him in the hotel room.
As may be evident from his name, evilgingercat is a big boy with a big personality, which is usually directed to finding new ways to annoy people and other animals - he particularly enjoys harassing local dogs. So the image of what he might get up to in a hotel was irresistable - what he'd be ordering from room service, how he'd behave (totally rock and roll), and if he'd be summoning ladies to come and stroke him...

Our rabbit is a bit of an escape artist. She can jump over her pen, which is about 60cm. She also looks like a magician’s rabbit. For these reason my children are convinced she goes on magical adventures when they’re at school, getting into all sorts of mischief.

We have a lizard and a hamster. They live on opposite sides of the same room. One belongs to DS and one to DD. They often wonder what they get up too on a night when every one is in bed. They are both nocturnal after all x

Our cats are said to hatch plots to scratch us to death in our beds because we don't give them all our fish. However we buy them off with cheese filled savoury snacks enough to escape this fate.

We adopted an old grumpy guinea pig last year. My daughter is constantly trying to imagine what she is thinking/feeling. I think she just wants to eat, sleep and be cuddled occasionally. Just like me!

For some reason SmallCat has a French accent when we narrate her - really not sure why or how it originated. She is also a real diva and since the recent series of Spiral she has become quite profane!
