Suggestions for ASD/ADHD/hypermobile boy

First time posting!

I have a 5 yo son who is autistic, has adhd & hypermobility. I am looking for suggestions for activities for him to participate that

Help with strength.
Train flexibility.
Socialise.
Give responsibility.
Get out and about instead of being on the bloody console or tablet!!!

Any suggestions welcome grin

Gymnastics and ballet. Great for gentle strength training and learning sequences, safety rules, taking turns, coordination, music appreciation and building confidence.
