I have been on esa some time now with mobility problems and also mental health problems. my daughter has just been diagnosed with chronic joint pain which consultant thought was rheumatoid arthritis at first. she has been having problems for 2 years and has just been referred to alderhey hospital. what I am concerned about is, is if I apply for dla how do you that will effect my esa?

No, DLA for dd won't affect your ESA, and you may also be entitled to Carer's Allowance so long as DLA for your dd is awarded at middle or high rate care. You may also be entitled to PIP for yourself.
