I have never placed a message on here but I really need some help and advise.

My DD is 3 and has been seeing a speech therapist for about 18 months. Her speech is seriously delayed to the point I do not understand the majority of what she is trying to tell me. I saw her speech therapist last week and she feels she is going to struggle going into reception class next year. She wants to refer her to a speech and language suite based in a very sub grade school. She would be in the suite for between 3 - 7 terms depending on how she gets on. Then she would move back to any school part way through year 2. I just don't know what to do, I understand the s&p suite will help her speech but moving to another school in year 2 will be hard with regards to friends but I feel she will be behind with the curriculum. I don't know any other options I have. If I go for the s&p suite I need to put her name down in 2 weeks time.
