Please recommend Independent Physiotherapist for appeal and Tribunal

Hi Everybody,
Please help me out if you can. My son , who has complex Cerebral palsy, is transferring to secondary education. I am currently appealing against parts 2,3,4 of his Statement, trying to get decent provision for him.
I have independent OT, EP reports done. But i am stuck with Independent Physiotherapist, who could assess and write a report for Tribunal. The one I found asked £2500 , including travel expences, but not witnessing at Tribunal. A bit steep, i think...
Please, can anybody recommend independent Physio, able to assess and write a decent report ? I am really desperate... Thanks
