My 6 year old boy with asd finds a full day at school very difficult and is starting to not want to go to school. He is in a special teaching facility within our local infant school. He won't eat much at lunchtime and this is not helping. We collect him at 2pm at the moment but I left him til 3pm today and he came out very upset-teacher said he had been fine unil then. Am I legally allowed to collect him early each day ?does anyone have any ideas what I can do - his statement is up for review in 2weeks.regards djjones☺

Hi djj I think you would get more answers on the special needs children board. There are loads of lovely people over there with loads of experience.

Good lucksmile
