My baby is all grown up.....

Dd1 is three ( our time) 1st August.... today.....hard to believe this time three years ago we had no idea she would be born today and thought we still had two weeks to go. Hard to remember all that she has been through health wise with her cardiac surgery.... you would not know it to look at the cheeky monkey today.

So far she has opened a few presents - has a few more to open but we decided to ration them otherwise it is too much.

She loves Hi-5 so she is watching the DVD we got her as I type this. She is obsessed with phones so she now has her own elmo phone....and she has a dome tent that is a ball pit - loves it but we need more balls - rather pitiful with just a few in it. Her little sister loves the balls.

Can't believe she is three already. Poor wee thing she still is not well after her hospital visit last week - so we have cancelled swimming.

However we are off to breakfast and then the zoo and then out to dinner tonight. HOpefully she will love that.

SO next week she is off to kindy by herself - big girl style. My baby is growing up tooo fast....

have posted a pic of her at the zoo she had a lovely dinner out with friends of the family that she adores. We came home for cake and coffee and her face when I brought her cake out with the candle lit was precious - her look of surprise and excitement - wish I could bottle it...
