Twin Major Buggy - anyone?

Just wondering whether anyone has any experience of the Twin Major Buggy?

DD is going to grow out of her normal pushchair soon and we need to look at getting her a Major Buggy. The thing is, as we are 'trying' for another baby as we speak (well, not quite as we speak, lol ) I have been googling to look at what the options are for twin pushchairs/prams, with one side for an SN 4/5 year old and one side for a newborn. the Twin Major from Lots of Babies was the only thing I could find.

Or, does anyone have any alternative solutions?

We use a double Mothercare Urban Detour. It is a three wheeler, and I have found it very easy to push. My children still have space in it. My eldest is 6 (nearly 7) and my younger one is 3. You do need a big car boot to transport it.

Thats true, it is very hard to get around small shops. If I have to go shopping with ds3 we sometimes take two single buggies but that only works because I have older children to push.

Thanks girls

Just had a look on the Mothercare website. That definitely looks better than the twin major and the little girl in the picture looks as big if not bigger than dd so it is definitely something to keep in mind.

There's nothing like planning ahead!
