sparklymieow Wed 22-Jun-05 15:53:19

It £500 for a holiday, and £120 each for DS and DD1 to get new clothes and/or bedding.

Davros Wed 22-Jun-05 15:57:26

That's great Sparkly, do you have to take DD and DS on the holiday too?

sparklymieow Wed 22-Jun-05 15:58:57

last year they only gave us £350 for a holiday, but they phoned me on monday and said that they had DS's application with hols and clothing on it but DD1s one had nothing on it, so she said would I like them to put hols and clothing for her too. I said yes, and that must be the amount they send for two disabled kids..

coppertop Wed 22-Jun-05 16:14:15

How does the holiday thing work? Can you go anywhere as long as you keep the receipts? I'm thinking of asking for a holiday when I re-apply in November.

sparklymieow Wed 22-Jun-05 16:18:54

Yes they just give you the cash and then you choose

coppertop Wed 22-Jun-05 16:20:59
