The lady living in the cul de sac opposite me has two (count 'em) two children in wheelchairs and recently had her motability vehicle replaced with a huge silver spaceship kinda thing. Truly, she looks like Thumbelina driving it.
Three days later, her old one reappeared - her husband had traded in his own car and taken some finance to buy the old one back from the dealer as she hated the new one so much. They are a bit crammed in as her youngest has a bigger wheelchair now, but much happier.
I bet you have the same model as her new one. I can see it from here, actually you could probably see it from space.

Me too Angry,
We don't have a WAV but still need to get dss2's w/chair folded in to a boot, they gave me the smallest matchbox on wheels.

had to leave the parcel shelf at the garage, could just about get ds2's chair in but no room for anything else.... only plus side I couldn't go shopping as no room to put anything grin

I like a big one too!!

I got a massive one when mine was repaired too, as someone hit me. It's a motability car so we had a 7 seater delivered to us while ours was repaired.

It was nice having room for ds's wheelchair and the dts bikes but it cost a fortune in fuel! It was also scratched to hell and I was rather embarassed driving it as it was only a 59 plate!

Hey, we got a choice, and we got tinted windows - so its cooler in the back.

My dd's teacher calls it the A team van!

i wanted a black sedona but ended up with a navy blue one...my least favourite car colour and all because i only wanted an automatic! grin

did you get tinted windows?
I hate the set up where the wheelchair is right at the back, dd is just behind my(well in the middle) so although I can't reach her she at least feels close. I do have an extra mirror next to the rear view one and I can see her in thath
