Last week dh and i were talking about dd2 and her problems (how they will effect her at school), one of her problems was that she has showed no sign of wanting to write and draw and has poor pencil control. She only scribbles and can not hold a pencil correctly.

Anyway this morning i was called back into nursery to see some of the work dd2 did yesterday in her key group and with her 1:1. She draw a rainbow and a picture of a person and even told her key worker it was a picture of mummy , it had eyes, nose, mouth and even hair and her rainbow was perfect. I'm so shocked , its like she's proved us wrong again (which is great).

aw, well done dd!

tis always the way though . they deliberately wait until you have given up all hope, and then... ta daaaa!

(lol ki - dd2 used to play a game with the physio where she would deliberately try to put the huge red square into the blue circle hole... fortunately the physio always knew it was a little dd2 joke given that none of us (inc the physio) thought she would ever smile, the girl sure has developed a sense of humour!)
