Hi Riven,

I am sure you have had more 'helpful' suggestions than you know what to do with, but, have you heard of conductive education? CP isn't something I know masses about but I have heard this intervention raved about. smile

Dr Nick Pickett at the Great Ormand Street hospital designs technologies for helping children play interactively using eye pointing, small movements, pressure etc. Have a google if you feel up to it.

Big hugs for you x x

No idea, sorry! Just happened to come across him one day whilst being a SN geek. I think he does alot with quadrapligic kids but I just had another look and it seems like his stuff could be used for most children e.g those who have very limited mobility/movement. But, I dont know how to get hold of him. Will let you know if I can dig up more.

crap init! ds cant play either but he can watch dvd's although to be fair thats about all he does right enough, its a shame your dd cant because of her vision problems as it does keep them occupied/entertained for a bit.

maybe the dragonmobility peeps will be able to do something for her and she can have fun running over your toes and knocking lumps out your walls all day! grin

did you get that cheque btw?
