Please post your questions on the Ed Balls webchat thread and see if he really does have balls.

Do you really expect him to know anything about this stuff??
Most so called SN specialists don't.

Course not. Hoping that if enough people mention it it will become one of MN topics to 'get back to us' about. Then he'll have to go find out!!!

Yep, - I'm kinda hiding in the hope that Mr Bollocks does indeed investigate Herts!

ABA funded programme family emailed me their pt 3 and I'm on cloud nine!

Excellent. smile

Is it clarifying itself for you?
It takes so long to get your head around this stuff and this Kafkaesque set-up.

It makes refreshing and infuriorating reading. Refreshing because it confirms we are not being OTT, but infuriorating because it demonstrates by how much we are currently being sold short.

I've done most of my work, but will refine over the next couple of weeks as I come across relevant things to add to it.

IPSEA have given some suggestions too. Their general helpline was engaged for ages so I phoned the tribunal line. When she heard about the stage we were at she told us we should really call the general line, until I mentioned ABA, - then she kept me grin.
