Because I'm very quickly getting fed up now.

Why has my ultra passive asd daughter who has never so much as raised her voice or stamped her foot before started having meltdowns that my son, the king of meltdowns in his day, would be proud of.

Can't attribute it to school or holiday really as they had started before that?

Definitely not down to change of routine, lack of structure or warning or unclear expectations as we have rules and routines written in stone

Somebody please tell me that this is developmental progress and tell me

My SALT told me it was a good sign as my son had learnt to protest and communicate and I had to accept that I would not always like what he wanted to communicate! But yes it was positive.
