DD has shown high levels of calcium in her blood tests and peads are checking her vitamin d intake.

IS this a sign of something that could help towards a diagnosis? something to worry about?
dd has had ultrasounds/EEG/MRI in the past week.. but will not get the results till mid/late september.
and it gonna drive me insane..

Would you be able to have a chat with your GP about what this could mean? They will get copies of all the hospital reports.

pipinjo Not sure what she has but am i right in thinking asd shows as behavioural problems?

Her problems are to do with her physical inability to do things and looked into possibilty of her having epilepsy as she has absence episodes and large jerky movements when asleep. But nothing confirmed yet, as awaiting results..

Thank you vjg13 never thought of that [smile}

Thanks pipinjo, you made me think.
DD ok on her language "so far". It's mainly her gross motor skills.

not seen repetive/odd behaviour from her?
but she is just 17months. {is that too early}.

muscle tone in her arms is ok,legs are low
but dont know if that is because she isnt yet using her legs much?.
