I'm so frustrated I just want to scream

Have just recieved the following letter from ds2 's salt.
Dear parents
I visited M in nursery andd carried out a language assessment called the pre-school clinical evaluation of language fundamentals(celf).M achieved scores of the 50th and 25th centiles the 50th centile is average and the 25th centile is slightly below average but nothing to worry about.He scored an age equivalent of 3 years and his cronological age is 3 years.
Considering these results M has made excellent progress with his speech and language skills.i will review him in 4-6 months time with a view to discharging him if he has continued to make good progress.
I can't tell you how angry I am we have waited a month for this report and it tells me nothing.
I want to know which areas of language he is having problems with and how she felt he was at nursery when she saw him I also wanted her opinion on how his refusal to break from his routine was handeled.
