Hope you don't mind me asking?...

You have mentioned about you having counselling.
Whe you first walked in and sat down, what did he/she say? How did it start?

I know that sounds stupid!! I got a letter the other day and I am to ring and make an appointment for counselling. Still not really sure wether to or not, but just wondered what you do when you first go in.

Don't know why I am worried, If there was a prize for talking I would win every time!!!!!!!!
