I'm sat here watching my ASD DS (6) and my DS (3) having an absolute whale of a time in the cheapo paddling pool that I got from Argos today. Laughing, whooping, yelping (and no pushing)'s a sight to behold.

Three years ago my newly-diagnosed DS was either totally ignoring or trying to knock seven bells out of his newborn sister. I truly never thought I'd see the day that they'd play like this and here I am, getting so much joy from a scenario that's probably so, so normal - mundane, even - to other families.

Yay! Mine was my SN DS1 roaring with laughter as his 18w old brother 'threw' pillows at him (with some help from me!). DS2 adores his big brother and was ecstatic at him taking an interest
